nycthreads10 @anniemarjac That bag was never used. I purchased that at Macy's for my wife and it sat in her closet for over a year. I understand when rating some one what's one star, but it makes the world a difference and reflects in our sales. I didn't notice any issues inside. Although, the outside was immaculate. It's also a $345 bag. If you'd reconsider your rating I'd REALLY appreciate it

nycthreads10 @anniemarjac btw, look at all the other prices of this exact bag from other sellers. None lower than $200, most of being $250+. I sold you this bag for $75. A bag that was NEVER used. been selling on poshmark for a year now and if someone told me that selling this bag 65% off would be the reason I lost my perfect rating I'd never believe it.
