fcurcio Hi , I seen your rating on the purchase from me , I am so very sorry you felt this way , and not sure of any strong odor, I did wash before packing and sending out , and I put all my clothes in a bag that seals and them in a mailing bag or box , you had said I needed to Improve cleanliness and packing , again not sure what happened for you to feel like I didn’t pack good or anything you smelled , maybe my laundry soap ? But I would think double packing items is good

lmbostwick27 Hi recently purchased a bandolier phone case from you and attempted to return with Poshmark. It was advertised as an iPhone 11 case worth about $90, as it is difficult to find, but what I received was a case for an iPhone 11 Pro, worth about $35 used. It does not fit my iPhone 11. Is it possible to get a refund and return the phone case to you?

coreinteriors @lmbostwick27 hi there, I am so sorry that you are unhappy with the bandolier. It actually is new, but my mother took it out of it’s wrapping and wore it around the house. She decided it wasn’t right for her. I’m not sure where you got your numbers on this, but I’ll work with you on a refund. What do you propose? I don’t know how to communicate safely over PM since emailing isn’t allowed.
