mhussein000 Hi Annie, I opened a service ticket and called Canada Post for an update on your order. At this time they are unable to say where the item is and when it will be delivered. They will automonitor the item until Nov 23rd and after that a live agent will contact you to confirm whether you received the item or not. For that they need your email. Can you please provide your email so I can pass it on to them? Thank you.
