sublimesale @astockton-Hi Annika, You didn't get the message w the item to contact me if there was any problem w the item and the pls give me a chance to try to remedy the problem before rating me? It sounds like it got broken in shipping. You can get your money back and get the keep the item if you file a claim. I checked it before I sent it out and I sent it in a padded envelope. I would appreciate it if you would reconsider your rating.
