qsusie89 @annjaec hi, I mentioned the bag had a tear inside that can be fixed by a shoemaker. If the tear is too much & your not happy I have no problem giving u a refund. I want u to b happy. Please don't feel bad. I'll leave it up to you. It's very important you r happy. Another option is I can offer u something else from my closet of equal value. Let me know. If u do keep it and have it repaired it's a $200.00 bag I got on sale the value is really higher 😊
