sassys2ndchance @abemberry these measurements are laying flat. The material is stretchy . I’m a 31/32 and it fit too loose on me that’s why I sold. I also had the black in M and i though they were the same size 🤦🏾‍♀️.

Make sure you give your items clear titles and skip The emojis in your title .share your items a lot during the day and do the same for others . Ship quickly hope that helps
