luxmakeup @norinors I would apply Chapstick first because these Matte lipsticks dry and then will get a little bit cracked if you do not make sure that your lips are moisturized before applying. I would say apply two coats and it should go on very nice. And of course please let me know if you have any other questions I will be happy to answer them for you. And thank you again for purchasing!
