laser985 @casandra7117 Hello, thank you for your message. I do have a question. I have sold two items, but I can't seem to get my phone number verified, have any suggestions on to get that done? I have emailed poshmark several times, no response how to get this accomplished?

casandra7117 @laser985 Have you already checked/done this? To verify your phone number, on the Create Your Account page, enter your information > select Create > enter your mobile phone number. A verification code will be sent to you via SMS text message to confirm your account. Phone numbers cannot be provided by a Voice over Internal Protocol (VoIP) service as Poshmark is unable to verify VoIP numbers.

laser985 I have an account. I receive notifications everyday? but for some reason I can't get a verification code to get through my phone to verify. How long does it take to get an answer from support center?

casandra7117 @laser985 the most it's ever took for me is 2 days. do you have any kind of spam blocker on your phone? could be keeping the code from coming through. If you have someone you trust you could try their phone #. They have never contacted me via phone only email. you could also try to Uninstall the app and reinstall?

laser985 @casandra7117 I'm very frustrated with this. I Uninstalled the apps. Poshmark is saying I have had too many tries, try again later, for two days I'm trying to just get my items shipped out! Thanks for all your help!! I only hope poshmark will get back to me today.
