poshsweetly Hi. I just got a 1-Star rating with your comment “not delivered”. The tracking said “delivered” 9 days ago so I didn’t even know there was an issue. If you haven’t received your order please email Poshmark support so they can contact USPS or refund you. However, I’m having a hard time understanding why you would penalize me this way when the tracking clearly shows I shipped your item less than 24 hours after your order & you’ve not reached out to me at all. Please contact support@poshmark.com
