mitzy61 Hi I sold you the 2 rugs. I’m saddened you are not ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star happy with them. I washed them & air dried them, prior to selling. So for you to say ‘they appear to not be clean’ is a unfair statement. I’ve got all 5 star,& it means a lot to me! I’m sure after you re-washed the rugs they still ‘appeared to be dirty’ As for responsiveness, I check Posh at least every hour, sooner if I get a notification, unless asleep. I wish you would re-consider your poor & unfair rating. Thank you.
