bethi32 @anushmita08 oh no, what happened? You accepted the order, rated me a 1 star so Poshmark released the funds. Did you actually receive the top and not like it then try and send it back? You will need to reach out to Poshmark because once you accept an item and rate the seller the funds are released and they don’t give us any way to ship it again.

bethi32 @anushmita08 I do not have the item to ship it back. And you will need to reach out to Poshmark because I can’t ship without a label. And Poshmark would need to send me a label. Since I’ve already shipped it to you once I cannot use the same label unfortunately

Which is why you will need to reach out to them and clarify that you did not ever receive it. I would also really appreciate you updating the rating since I didn’t do anything wrong. I am trying to help you out here but you will have to ask Poshmark for the label

bethi32 @anushmita08 Did USPS give you some kind of tracking for the item? Now that the item was accepted it shows as delivered and I can’t see anything. You mentioned that you reached out to USPS to complain. So do you have information from them? I’m not sure when I should expect to get this back so that I could send it back to you. I’ve literally never had this happen before with a buyer

paris1278 Hi 👋 so because I took off over $1000 for the bag already I can only go down to $850. It’s valued at over $2000 new. It’s in great condition. Only has one spot inside which can be easily cleaned by Gucci. Or a professional. The bag has no other issues.
