Absolutely you can exchange. Is the dress really big because the 4 is super tiny?? What is the size you normally wear?

@wendyfick Thank you for your response. I usually wear size 6. The dress I received is pretty big. I can easily pinch 2-3 inches (on each side) when I tried it on. 3 on my chest, 2 on my waist and hip.
