lillianmunnik @aprilwheeler The necklace was in a separate package to the green cardigan and pack of gold necklaces because that’s how you ordered it. I put the denim dress in the kendra scott necklace package because it made up for the shipping on that item. Can you explain what’s wrong? and did you receive the necklace? I’m trying to solve this so everything is ok because both orders had the same shipping address on them.

aprilwheeler @lillianmunnik It threw me off when u said cleaning supplies. But I now remember the cleaning supplies box the dress came in.. but no unless the necklace fell out without me seeing it when I took the dress out . I did not get it. Or if it was still in there & I threw it away😭 but I don’t think that’s possible. I always l check the packages for notes/ free gifts. Did u package the necklace the same as u did the others in a clear baggie?

aprilwheeler @lillianmunnik I looked everywhere in my living room where I opened the package & all thru the clothes, it’s not here . I’m completely at a loss & u can look at my record with posh. I buy ALOT & have never had a problem & never complain so this is not that. I just purchased My Daughter 2 Kendra Scott Necklaces at full price but was unable to find or afford the yellow that she liked. Which is her favorite color 😩 so when I came across urs, that just needed cleaning I was excited.

I wanted to also warn you that I’ve had a lot of trouble with all my sales the last 2 weeks and they aren’t scanning.
