fashionempress The shoes I sent you were in perfect condition and exactly as listed and photographed. You tried to buy them twice, and at no point did you try to cancel the order. You could've easily done so or messaged me, if that was the case, but you didn't. Giving me a 1-star rating because you don't like the shoes is thoroughly unfair to me, when the PM policy is clear.
