apriljls @lindafjacob I actually had this exact thing happen to me! Luckily, (and I suggest you do this for EVERY SALE,) I take pictures of the item before and while packaging the item to ship. Some sellers video the process. I was able to successfully defend my item (that she damaged in order to return,) and Poshmark credited my account for the purchase price. *note* if there is any damage or flaws always disclose.

apriljls @lindafjacob don't let this experience discourage you. There are many who have experienced this and worse. Poshmark is perfect, but it's evolving. If a case has been opened, you should be able to give your side to Poshmark. Also, they have a new step where you can communicate directly with the buyer, with Poshmark reviewing the conversation. You can also provide screenshots of your exchange with her on the purse listing for Poshmark to review.
