aprilcade @shirleywoodcock aww thanks! Kyson is the most conceited 8 year old I have ever seen. He is SO full of himself! When we went for the initial interview at the school he now attends, the head administrator asked him where he went to school then (it was right at the end of his 1st grade year) and he looked her dead in the eye and said "I go to PPS and I am the cutest boy in that whole school." I died. 😂😂😂 I literally giggled through the rest of the interview. She prob thought I was on drugs. Haha

aprilcade @shirleywoodcock and by the way, I now have 2 more Wen sets, so let me know if you would like to purchase one! (or do a trade for the brush lol) All this Wen I have up in my linen closet will end up going rancid before I can use it all! My hair is fine so I only use about 1/4 of the recommended amount so I don't go through it like everyone else I guess.

aprilcade @shirleywoodcock And the only type of product that I use on my hair outside the shower is an Argan oil spritz, unless my hubby decides to take me somewhere fancy like Taco Bell. He makes me fix my hair for those types of special occasions. 😂😂 The people at my office probably think I don't know how to fix it bc it is usually still wet from the shower when I get there for our meetings. Haha they let me work from home, so I take advantage! 🤗 my hair hasn't seen a blow dryer in about 3 months. 😂

I WILL LEAVE IT AT THAT?? :) But I would like to try the Wen haircare :) My hair is also fine...but I have highlights so my ends tend to get dry :( So I'm really thinking about it :) I will get back to you shortly about a trade for the wen set if you want? I paid a lot for those V.S PINK ultimate leggings and they are no longer available online or in the stores because they are the watercolor line?

aprilcade @shirleywoodcock yes, I would definitely rather he be a little too full of himself than for him to have low self esteem! He suffers with ADD and gets so upset and frustrated with himself when he gets in trouble at school, usually for doing something he isn't supposed to before the idea has even had time to hit his brain. LOL

aprilcade @shirleywoodcock After having a bad day in class last week, he was crying when we got in the car and he told me that he doesn't know why he is so stupid and his brain just won't communicate with him like everyone else's does. (His choice of words speak for how highly intelligent he is. I know ADULTS who are not on his intelligence level.)....

aprilcade @shirleywoodcock It broke my heart, but I told him that I better NEVER hear him talk about "my baby" like that again, bc "my baby" is the smartest boy I know and he was gonna be in trouble if he tells people otherwise. I have figured out that if I word it as if he said it about someone else, it registers a little more. The child has a heart of gold and would never talk about someone else like that, so I let him know that I won't put up with him putting himself down either.

aprilcade @shirleywoodcock sorry I was typing my comment novels when you commented and just saw it. 😂 But feel free to take your time to think about it! If I am not mistaken, the Wen sets cost me around $60 for each box they send bc if you are on this God-forsaken auto-shipment plan with them, you get a pretty nice discount. The reg price of each item in the set is listed on the Wen site, if you want to check it out. I just want them to stop sending it! Haha
