iamblessed Hi I saw you reported my items. They were described as swatched. And the lipstick is brand new. They weren't broken. If there was a problem. You could of contacted me and I could fix the problem for you.

asburns1908 So, this is my first time ever using this app and I didn't know the "consequences" or the process when reporting an item as broken. Quite honestly the eyeshadow that was broken could have happened during transport. I can gladly send you a picture of how I received the package.

iamblessed Sorry I didn't see this until now. You have to tag me by putting @ in front of my name. But i can't control how the mail handles things they are a little clumsy lol. but I would of sent you a free eyeshadow or another lipstick free of charge for receiving it broken
