aprilkruger @bostongirl55 hi there yes in just a short trip from my car into the office the soles fell apart and one of the heels came off. By the time I got to the store the metal and rubber had come off the bottom of both shoes. I'm not sure how to attach a picture can you tell me how?

bostongirl55 @aprilkruger :-/ not sure, maybe take a photo with you phone, then go into your photos and hit on it to where you would as if you were sending to someone, hit copy instead and then paste to this area...??? Blind leading the blind here :-/...either way I will be sending you your money, I just would like to see them if possible...I would have never guessed that that flaw that was shown could lead to all of that, again so sorry!
