stevierae98 @aprilshock I believe if you open a case with the item and say it was not the item you purchased, Poshmark will review and issue a refund and send you a prepaid label for return. Once they approve the case, you can send the item back and I’ll reship the correct one to you. I emailed support just to be sure that we are handling the situation correctly, but I am still waiting on a response. Again, apologies for the mixup and inconvenience. ☹️
