lesley_walsh Hi April! I have a question when you have a chance… when Poshmark let you go live and plan a show, did they send you instructions on how to pre-load the closet with listings? msmorning @bdfarnum Hi Bertha. If you're looking to join the Posh Protege event for March, would you be opposed to holding off on your first show until after that event? The format is a pairing of veteran to a 1st time live host, 1 hour show co-host with the 1st timer being the only one selling and this takes place on each veteran's platform. Therefore, the 1st time you go live on your own platform would be your 2nd live - make sense? I will on that schedule for March soon. Still interested? 💕

pporterporter Ms. Morning, My main concern is once someone bid on an item, in the tray, and in my closet, during a live show, does the label automatically populate. How does it work if I show an item that is not in my closet, how do I get the buyer's information? I still want to attend the training. Thanks for responding.

msmorning @pporterporter Hi there. It sounds like your first show is set in stone so you're down to the wire. I woule suggest going to Youtube or looking at the guides built into the Poshmark app for how to setup, how to navigate and what to do after your show. The mailing labels and information are captured and produced by Poshmark but you have to print them or go to the post office and scan the QR code to get the label if you don't have a printer.

msmorning @pporterporter Unlisted items are items not shown in your closet and there is a special way to quicklist those once your show is scheduled or a special way to setup an unlisted listing to sells those items. The easiest way is to do your 1st show with listed items from your closet. After the show, you can go to My Sales to see who purchased which listed items. Poshmark collects the money and releases the money to you once the buyer accepts the order or 3 days after delivery.

msmorning @pporterporter For any sales, the buyers info is recollected by Poshmark. They will release the mailing label to you once a purchase is completed.

msmorning @pporterporter You can only have 50 items in your tray at a time. Items that are sold can be swiped out of the tray to make room for new items. You can add items during your show by using a 2nd device and clicking the tray and the blue plus sign.
