harmshtx Hello. I believe i mixed a label up and you might have gotten a white dress that was sold to another customer and i shipped her the grey one. I am so sorry, this has never happened. Feel free to ship it back and i will send yours to you..again i am so sorry and i will be more than happy to send you the original item purchased and an additional dress from my closet free of charge.

dotranto Hi. I sent the True Religion hat the next day. I dropped it off in the post office bin in Jersey but not sure what they did. I’m looking at the tracking and they never even scanned it in Jersey. It’s in Ft Meyers now. So it was lingering in my post office. Sorry about that but it was not in my control. That was the Post Office error. According to the tracking you should receive it today I think. Thank you and enjoy 😊
