jkdesigns Hi. Do you mean the clasps? If it looks like a silver tube where the chains join, pull gently. It’s merely a pin that goes into a rubber-lined hole.

jkdesigns I'm not sure but if I offended you-I certainly didn't mean to. My prices are VERY low. On a $10 bracelet most customers expect 20% off. Poshmark takes $3 per listing. There is often very little profit involved and I often get nothing for labor. I have to consider cost of materials, of replacing materials, time/labor and profit to me.

jkdesigns Hi April. I am sorry about the comment, April. I have probably left friends on Poshmark wondering and the comment you have shared sounds angry. I am very sorry to have missed the $10 bid and for not following up on messages. I am sorry to have caused the seller stress and I didn’t mean to fail her. The reason I missed the message, (not an excuse) is I have been in level 10/10 pain most of the last 2 years. The attempt to fix my spine was not successful. I am sorry.
