The pictures and description posted of the item you purchased were accurate. I’m sorry you were not 100% satisfied with it but as I said there was no misrepresentation on my part. As far as the ship time, you purchased at 8pm on a Friday and I sent it out Monday Am. Post offices have limited hours on Saturday and are closed Sunday. Please keep this is mind for future purchases from other Poshmarker :)

@megkos79 I never said I was disappointed. I was happy with the shipping time/item. Yes, I understand how post offices work/hours. I understand life gets busy, mine is. Yes, they are in good condition. I was only making a suggesting. I feel like you were offended by my review, it wasn't meant to be that way. However, responding to my review as if I don't know how this works is offensive and makes me not want to buy from you again. Have a great evening.

@splcastor I sincerely apologize for my response. I took your review to heart because I always try my best to make people who shop my closet happy and I was upset that despite my efforts, that didn’t happen. I should not have responded the way I did. Again, I apologize.
