aprilrae04 @iheartmykids3 hi there! Thanks for inquiring, in the last picture you can see a slight bleeding of brown where it should be cream but yes it is faint. The seller I purchased it from also disclosed this and said it was bleeding from the leather. It's adorable and so unique..i just don't need a wallet. aprilrae04 @thriftygirl2415 I did receive it. I've been unsure of the smell of the conditioner, it smells nothing like any of the other platinum products or the shampoo it came with and it has worried me. I've been hoping to get reassurance from a local distributor or salon but have not had luck yet.

thriftygirl2415 I have sold over 100 bundles of this product and your the first person to say anything negative. Not only that but since February I have had 896 sells and 4.9 rating so not sure what smell your looking for but my product are the same you would buy from any store. I buy them from a wholesaler and I don’t tamper with the product. You have same product that you would get from salon.

I was not going to comment until I was sure but you have twice asked about recieving. I have 3 or 4 days to accept my order and am going to be confident before I do. Buying online an unsealed product is a risk. I am sorry you are offended, again I did not come at you negatively and only after you reached out twice did I tell you what is holding me up from accepting your order
