Good morning! I apologize for the damage caused to the necklaces during shipping. I have never had this occur before and I am sorry you are dealing with the inconvenience. I have requested that Poshmark have you return the necklaces so I can get any damage fixed with a jeweler. Wanted to send you an update since I saw your note. Thank you for your patience while I attempt to make this right for both of us.
