215eyes552 April I sold you a $130 Jacket for $13 with a shipping discount and I shipped next day. I replied to your messages about the smell and I don't know what more you wanted from me. You never asked to return it. So, what do you mean by seller responsiveness. It's called communication. I'm really hurt by this. What do you want me to do, let you keep the jacket and give you your money back? This is the first time I have ever had a complaint about chemical smell from Suavitel Fabric Softner.
