Hello April, I just heard from one of my other Poshmark customers that said she received your blouse instead of the bra she purchased. I apologize for my error and can only guess that I put her label on the wrong package. Did you by chance get a Lululemon sport bra from me?

If not, I will check with Poshmark how I will be able to get it back. I appreciate your quick response and am sorry about the mixup. @nannymom3 Hello again. I just received word from the customer that she received her sport bra today in the mail. Therefore, I must have printed two of her labels and put one on your package. I was having an optical migraine when I was shipping and could barely see (I should have waited one more day). Anyway, she said she would ship directly to you if I can provide her a label. I am trying to see now if that can be done or if it has to come back to me first.

@nannymom3 I wish I knew how to move forward with this issue. I am still waiting for a reply from Poshmark. Don’t want to do anything that will jeopardize my account. I asked them to send a label to the lady that received your blouse so she could ship it to you, but haven’t heard back yet. I am so sorry for the hold-up. Maybe if you file a claim saying you never received the blouse, it will help them to put all the pieces together?

@bic2626 No worries! I'm in no rush so just keep me posted! Heads up though that I'm a flight attendant, so I'm gone from home for days at a time. So when you do arrive at a solution, it may take me a few days to be back home and follow through with getting it shipped back out. But I'll do my best!!
