wolf_babe @mrshawkes I definitely wasn't making any accusations about you personally at all. The shoes looked new and nothing defected when they arrived so I cannot make any accusations bc there was no way you could know that the shoes would fall apart unless you wore them a few times. I also have had no problems like this with Steve Madden shoes so I was just a bit surprised. I didn't ask for any refund, just felt I had to bring to your attention is all.
