sideeyebird Hi April! You need to contact poshmark about the jeans. This was their response to me when I explained the situation. I hope they can help you “Thanks for writing in. It sounds like your buyer has returned this order outside of our process which is against our policy. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused. Rest assured you will not be required to issue the buyer a refund. No further action is needed on your part. Thank you.”
