dejanew_csovi Hi April, my sincerest apology as I made a big mistake and sent the shoes(on 9/25) to another purchaser. I discovered this when I was notified by Posh that it's not tracking. I have informed Posh(see next msg)w/a photo attachment of the package & contents and I'm waiting to hear back. I'm also contacting the wrong recipient and hope to hear back from them as well. Again, I'm so sorry for the mishap on my part. Connie

dejanew_csovi Sent to Posh: "On 9/30/19 the package still wasn't tracking so I went to the mailroom and spoke to a different employee and explained the situation and looked for the missing package with no results. I will go to the post office today, 10/1/19, and investigate but because the package wasn't scanned I expect no resolution. Please advise on how to refund the original purchaser and what else I need to do."

dejanew_csovi April, I'm so sorry this happened. The only correspondence from Posh was to wait for scanning to show or look around for the package. I don't anticipate getting the package back so I requested a refund for you. Again, my mistake and I sincerely apologize.

dejanew_csovi Hi April, I never received tracking info but the package was apparently delivered to the incorrect address and Poshmark has sent a label requesting them to ship it to you. 🤞🤞🤞Please let me know if you receive it.

dejanew_csovi @aprilschike so sorry for the delayed response. I haven't heard anything from Poshmark since I requested your refund. At that time they stated that they requested the recipient send you the package. I will contact them again and let them know you haven't received the package. I'm so very sorry.
