@dennshelly02 I was taking it off and the clasp broke off. I didnt know I could contact Poshmark, I am fairly new and not sure how it all works. I did love it when I first got it.

yes I saw that you were new congrats.. if you ever have a problem with an article you receive open a case it wasn't your fault the clasp broke it's a faulty piece of jewelry I need to know that as does the people I get my inventory from if you buy something and it breaks that's just not fair so do me a favor and contact Poshmark and open a case let them know what happened keep me posted I hope you're having a great day and happy poshing 💞😁💞

Okay I contacted Poshmark trying to give you some help it's under the title a new posture (oops😌that's what it said I speak into the mic sometimes it's not always clear) needs her money back I explained to them what happened and why I need to know this so I could notify my wholesaler and make a better product I hope this helps please continue Posh this is a great company any questions feel free to contact me and ask anything nobody showed me how to do this and I made Happy Poshing 💞😁💞
