kristyblocker Hello. I read your review and it looks like I accidentally mailed you the wrong dress by accident. My apologies. I wish you would of reached out instead of claiming it and the review. I had no idea I grabbed the wrong dress by accident. Again, my apologies. Due to poshmark managing all sales, you would have to write to them to see if we could do an exchange due to you accepting the package. Please let me know how you would like to move forward.

pozemama @kristyblocker Hi there. I did contact Poshmark to find out what could be done as I was outside of my 72-hour “help, I have a problem” window (due to an illness), but they just sent me the basic “sorry all sales are final” reply. Im sorry about the one star-I didn’t know what else to do....I’m sure I can edit my review in the event that we can do an exchange for the correct dress? I’m totally willing to do that if you’ll work with me on this!
