@qtboss1 thank you. Actually I am finding it very frustrating to contact poshmark for advice. I sent someone the wrong item which they sent back. I would like to send them the correct item. Do I have to delete the listing and make a new listing for them to buy? I can’t find an answer to this question anywhere! Has this ever happened to you?

If the listing is still in your closet then you don’t have to make a new one. If the listing is not there unfortunately you’ll have to make a new one. Poshmark takes forever to get back to you I hate trying to get a hold of them. They should have a customer service phone number to call. I hope that helps. Take care.😁💕
