lindaraeclark I have to admit I am ignorant about some of the PM features that include offering reduced shipping. I keep returning to the offer and am not finding anything that lets me look at that option. I am wondering if it might be easier if we started over and you decline the counter and re-do the offer. Unless you are very much more tech experienced than me. I see how I can change the original item to offer reduced shipping but I don't know how that would effect the offer on the table.
