starrydecisus @aprilwatts856 Hi! The person is encouraged to ship within 3 days (excluding Sunday and federal holidays). They HAVE to ship within 7 days. After 3 days, they will get a reminder to ship. If they haven't shipped within 7 days, you can cancel the order. Posh will notify you and give you that option.
