Hi there! Ok first, let me offer huge apologies that I haven’t yet shipped the purse you ordered. It’s been a bit hectic over here for me! My house got flooded a little over a month ago and I had to quickly move out temporarily. In my haste, I threw some shoes in a box...on top of that lovely purse.

Don’t ever do that to patent leather! I learned this the hard way. Anyway, it’s taken me so long to tell you this because I was trying to repair the dents/scratches that were made. And I was mostly successful, but not completely. It’s still a lovely piece, but it’s not in the immaculate condition I described in my post.
