Thank you for your order of the Cable and Gauge sweater! Your package went to USPS mid-day today. I am seeing a little bit of a delay before the packages start tracking right now, so I just wanted to let you know.

Hello again! I’m just following up to let you know that I have reported the delay in the tracking of your package to Poshmark. Though I’m sure it’s related to the volume of the season, this is the longest delay I have seen so far, and I felt it best to report it. Hopefully, we’ll see the tracking get started soon!

I just received a note in a rating from you about an item you ordered in December—the Cable and Gauge Sweater. I received notification that the item had been delivered on December 14 and another that you rated it on December 21. Poshmark released the funds to me as scheduled in December. Can you confirm that you are referencing the correct item? I’m not sure what has happened and will need to notify Poshmark.
