The boots and the Clarks are unusually heavy and better the big box needed , packing materials and shoes it was over the 10lb limit . I figured I’d have to pay for upgraded label maybe a lb or so but it was over 5 and they won’t do over 5. I’m sorry for the huge inconvenience to you
