I always put purchases in Cute Polymer protective bags, incase the mailman leaves the package out in the rain. Well, Your jacket is kinda fluffy. It took both my hands and legs to get it in that bag! it looks like a balloon! Lol.

Good morning April, thank you for all the shares. I wasn’t on Poshmark much yesterday because it was an emotional day for me. It was nine months exactly since my 33-year-old daughter collapsed and died here at home unexpectedly.

I’d tell you things will get easier with time but I’d be lying. Holidays, birthdays and anniversaries are the worst. I lost my dad back in 2016. I still have days when I cry and just want to be alone when I think about him. Sending lots of hugs your way 🤗

@aprilfegley I lost my mother and my father and time does heal losing them. Not so with my daughter. She had a few medical problems, but none of them caused her death. An autopsy was done and I spoke with the coroner. They could find no cause for her suddenly collapsing and dying on October 31. She was not only my daughter but my best friend. She left behind so much stuff, and that is the reason why I ended up signing with Poshmark in January of this year.

Her birthday fell right on Thanksgiving day 2021. I baked her a chocolate cake and brownies just like I did every year. I put candles in the cake, sang happy birthday to her, and then I cried. I have not celebrated anything since then.

Sorry I haven’t been on Poshmark for a few days. A pipe broke off of my recreation room and I had some flooding. It appears it was a sewer pipe. I can’t use any water in the house or flush any toilets. There also might be a problem with my grinder pump out front of the house. The plumbers have been here for two days already and will be here again shortly. I really did not need this on top of everything else!

The plumbers just left a few minutes ago. Everything seems to be in working order. I had the outside flood lights on for them. Now I can run water and flush the toilet without it leaking into the basement. These guys specialize in grinder pumps.

@aprilfegley Oh! Best of luck on your new job. The contractors are still making repairs downstairs after what happened back in August. I see that I already had told you about the mess I had. It’s starting to look good. This month is difficult for me because October 31 is the one-year anniversary of my daughter’s passing. She loved Halloween and I’ve been posting so much of her Halloween stuff on Poshmark. It’s so sad.

Good morning April. I’m not really on vacation again. I keep getting snowed in. My snow plow guy won’t plow driveways that are stone and dirt because the ground is no longer frozen. Crazy weather. Looks like we got 4 inches, so I’ll be shoveling soon. I’ll be sharing later.

My family wants to put her in a nursing home. I refuse to let my mom rot in a nursing home.. I’ve decided to move in with her so she’s not alone. I haven’t decided if I’m going to keep my closet or not. Sales have been nonexistent 🥹

@aprilfegley I will keep your mom in my prayers. What is her name? I was my mothers caregiver for over five years. I moved in with her also and cared for her 24 hours a day. She had dementia during the last few years, and was basically a baby towards the end, where I fed her and changed her diapers. I have no regrets. My mom was always there for me, and I wanted to do this for her.

@aprilfegley sales have been very slow. Then you get some rude people that give you one star after receiving a brand new item with tags on it and they ripped it trying it on. Obviously, they were too fat! It gets very frustrating dealing with people like that. And Poshmark Support is of no use.

It is just over a year and a half, since my daughter passed away, and I finally decided to attack her bedroom. I hadn’t touched a thing in it all this time. Very emotional going through her things. That’s why Mother’s Day was absolutely awful for me. No mother should have to bury her child.

I came close to deleting my closet a few times because of it. I had to remind myself that you can’t please everyone. I have complained to Support so many times, telling them that we should be able to rate the buyers. Why should we be at their mercy?

@aprilfegley I had another one who bought a vintage copper planter from me in which I showed that it had rust, and that it had been used as a planter. I cleaned it off and shipped it. She gave me one star because I did not polish it! Duh!
