dezhankins I'm am so sorry I had to cancel your order for the Tory Burch earrings. I had them on the table & my 60lb puppy chewed then up. 🤬 I also have them in Matte Gold too for sale if you're interested in them. They are very similar but not polished but more of a matte gold.

aprilproctor682 @zillaharena you’ve got to be kidding me. Posh notified me way back shipping still was not on schedule at all. Then I messaged you about it jan 14. You said would be resized to 9 no problem. Now it’s showing finally made it to some post office this Monday jan 31 st and same day you say I MAY receive wrong ring? Wth? So will I or no? How do you know this? Exchanges & returns r inconvenient &why 3 weeks to receive wrong ring???!!!

z_a2019 @aprilproctor682 it’s the same ring with the wrong size, because we have the size 9 here, as for the shipping it is out of my control as there was a back log on post office. I’m really sorry about this, my goal is to have your business. You can have the package return back and denied the delivery or I can ship you the correct size ring now and you can just return the other ring back to me once you received the correct ring.

I’ve never had this happen so I don’t know how to return. ship my ring&just tell me what to do w/the ring that says is arriving this Thurs. You say you have no control over shipping&taking so long however, track says you didn’t even ship it until this Monday&it’s to arrive on Thurs That’ll be THREE weeks since I ordered it! You do have control over when you ship it. I want my sized ring. Just tell me how to return it.

aprilproctor682 @zillaharena I would say keep the right ring that you did not mail me and I will gladly ship you back the wrong one. If it ever gets here. It said Thursday but it’s now Friday night and no sign of it. It’s now been 3 1/2 weeks since ordering and no ring and you are saying when it does come you already know it’s right size. It’s not worth $150 for this hassle! You may keep the ring. I’ll gladly send back. If it ever arrives.

I don’t care to have the original size ring as you mentioned option no longer. It is $150 and has been a ridiculous hassle and takes way too long even if right quite frankly. I’m not accepting.
