aprilekim @resamcc yes the black dress is my wedding gown. it was white and I airbrushed it all over to make it black and silver. it took me 3 days. thank you for the comment. I love that dress. probably because I put so much work into it.

lngail Hi April, It's Ellen from So Cal. I purchased The Pooh Figurine from you. I was thrilled to show my Fiance the Figurine. He noticed immediately that the handle of Pooh's Basket was missing. He pulled up a picture on EBay and sure enough your figurine is missing the entire handle. I am not as concerned about the pen mark on the bottom of the statue, crossing something out, but your description says no flaws or chips. How shall we proceed?

I checked the pictures and you are correct. my mother in law gave me some Christmas decor to sell for her on my poshmark that that was one of the items. i will be seeing her tomorrow and if you dont mind waiting until tomorrow i will get with her. i have already given her the money. I am sure she did not even notice it was broken. she is a very honest women and I know she will be willing to work with you.

lngail Hi April, Tried so hard not to cry in front of my Fiancé and Daughter over the Pooh Statue (which was a Christmas Surprise for my Daughter). Pooh reminds my Daughter of her late Dad who loved Pooh! It's Okay. I believe you. Sounds like an honest mistake. I will have you speak with your Mother in Law and wait to hear back about resolution. aprilekim @lngail I am sorry. I honestly did not know. I wrote poshmark and asked them how to refund you since you already rated it. because I know my mother in law did not know either. I promise you I would not have put it up for sale if I had known. and I'm not worried about betty my mother in law refunding me. I just want to know if she knew. since I have spoken to you I have checked my other xmas items she gave me.

I'm sorry it took me a min to get back to you. so I list from my phone but it also available on the computer. a few weeks ago posh updated. and added style tags. when you are listing it is under where it asks you if it is new with tags or not. anyway you just click the style tag and they have a small list. but if you can think of one that is not on there, you can type your own in. kinda like when you are typing in a brand. thanks for being a great share friend.

aprilekim @cindycaa hey! if you list from your phone then after you do your cover shot. it makes you do that first. when you return to the screen that says add a new photo. just hit it like you are going to add another picture. then if you look at the bottom of the phone where the round circle is that you hit to take the picture. there are two words. one says photo and the other says video. hit the video word

aprilekim @cindycaa this is taking two posts. lol ok now you are on the video screen. and to take a video you hold the round circle. it will only let you take a 15 second video. then once you have your video in the top right you will see the word next and you hit it. I hope this helps and I hope I explained it good.

aprilekim @cindycaa thank you. it has been a lot of work. I will say that I do still have some bad pictures. but I also have an old phone. I'm thinking about updating just so my pictures will be better. even tho I have a ring light I can still only take pictures from 9 am to around noon. after that they come out way to dark even with a ring light. and I know a better camera would help.

I won an auction and got it for $22 and free shipping. she was new. and I've had her for a year now. she has held up. but I painted her stand white to look better in photos. haha posh does like me mentioning the other place. it just gave me a warning. they think I was trying to sell something there. but I dont sell there anymore. i am 100%posh. i like it better here. and i actually have better sales here
