chenlan Hi dear, want to let you know I started a case with Post office a few days ago but they closed it. So I called the post office again, turns out they updated their police for December mails. We will have to wait 15 days instead of 3 days to file a case. Again, sorry for the delay by USPS. I will follow up with them for you in a few days and will keep you updated.
