themidthuns Hi! Thank you for purchasing the hair dryer! I want to give you the option to cancel the sale as I did notice that the red lights do work on the lower switch for the 3 heat levels. However, The white 3 lights which indicate the 3 flow levels do not light up. The dryer works perfectly. Sorry I didn't notice that until someone else asked. I have emailed the company and hope to hear back tomorrow. Just let me know :)

themidthuns @posh_iam Correct, the settings all work perfectly but the white light indicator for the level of flow is not lighting up.

posh_iam @themidthuns ok I don’t feel comfortable paying what I was paying for the dryer . I purchased one not long ago for a 300 . What would you want for it knowing the issue it is having ?
