leighraffin Hi Archana, I just wanted to personally reach out to you and apologize for what sounds like a lost package for the coat you purchased from me. I honestly don't know what happened! I dropped it off at the UPS store and followed the tracking to ensure it got delivered. It really sucks that you didn't receive the coat.

kj_archana @leighraffin The package was misplaced at my building concierge, which I why I hadn’t received it. They found it later I informed customer service that I received the package. Although, the jacket is from jcrew factory (which is seen by 2 dots in the label) and not jcrew. I personally went for this over the jcrew factory one which was selling at $40 since you said it’s jcrew. I assure you that I informed the customer service that the package was found. Hope you receive your money!
