Hi, there!!! I just wanted to reach out about the Life Is Good mugs! I'm so sick that two were broken! I loved those mugs so much!!! I'm going back through my mind wishing I'd have packaged them differently, I thought they were well cushioned. Is there anything I can do to make it better for you? I do appreciate your kind words and 5-star rating!! Please let me know if they were broken in a way that you could glue them and still use use them - that would give me a little peace of mind!!!

You packaged them great, nothing is your fault. The Mailman dumped them in the snow bank half way up my driveway. I called the post office and complained. One can definitely be fixed, the other I’m going to try. Again NOT your fault!! But thanks for reaching out

@barnhill2001 quick update, it was the left 2 that broke, heart one all fixed, can't even tell. the pink on broke it's handle and that's not going back on. BUT I have that one in white already so I'm sad but not super sad. Again thank you for reaching out.....it was NOT anything you did, the packing was great, the cat loved it too :-)
