As a seller, I am unable to interpret every brands version of “small, medium, large” and if their categories run “true to size” or “run small/large” for each buyers expectation. For that reason I did include measurements in the listing details for more specific fit guidelines.

I did consider the measurements you provided, however I laid the top out & measured it, It is 24 inches across the bust , not 19 as you stated, that's a huge difference !! Joey is the gray one he also loves to cuddle , but prefers to be in under a a blanket fort , they are rescued , not related but theyre like bro & sis together , super loving with each other !!
