thankfulspirit Please do post a pic of the broken Toms. Then you can file a complaint to cancel the order and send them back. No flaws were noted when I inspected them before I listed them. I wouldn't want you to be stuck with a broken pair of shoes. as far as the shipping goes, the TOMs were purchased Saturday the 15th after the Post Office had closed. I shipped them first thing on Monday morning the 17th. Tracking says it was delivered to your doorstep on Wednesday the 19th around 1 p.m.
