Hey there! Just want to give you a courtesy text letting you know there might be an issue with USPS. I shipped out your jacket Saturday morning, but it still says USPS scan pending. Just now I got a notification from Posh go ship it out. I’m not sure if the items in transit and the system is bugged or if USPS actually didn’t send it out. Please let me know if you received the item today because it should arrive today, if not I’m going to the post office tomorrow to see what’s going on.

Hey Ari, just stopped by the post office. They shipped it out without scanning it, but luckily they gave me a print out of the receipt saying it has left the post office and to your apartment. It should arrive sometime today. Poshmark isn’t tracking through the system because it wasn’t scanned. Once you get it please let poshmark know you have received it. Thank you!

Good morning Ari, any luck yet? If not, I’m going to file a complaint with USPS and show poshmark support the document stating the item has been shipped out. Perhaps that way I can get some sort of claim back for a potentially lost item and you get a full refund. This is very frustrating.
