voguepythoness @susiewills the snake is missing an eyeball and 5 other jewels are gone? And they weren’t in the packaging. Maybe you just didn’t notice they were gone? But I just got home was excited to open my package only to look at the necklace and see 6/24 jewels gone. I didn’t ask for a refund because I need this necklace and can fix it myself but they are missing
