dragonfly_moon You left me a poor rating on an item that was literally USED cleats and pictured in the EXACT condition as they were sent to you. How is it my fault that you chose not to inspect the pictures? I certainly didn't put them on my feet and wear them around to get them any dirtier. If it was a new item I could certainly understand that feedback. I'd be more than happy to accept them back, if they're so dirty, and issue a refund.
